A note on payments and cancellations (please read before you check the box)
A deposit of $1,695 is required to hold your spot. Your remaining balance (either one payment of $4,805 or 3 monthly payments of $1,695) will be charged to the credit card on file once the retreat is confirmed and our minimum number of attendees has been met, starting September 15, 2026.
Once the retreat is confirmed:
- The trip will not be cancelled.
- The itinerary, schedule, dates, and venue are set. No surprise changes.
- It has been cleared as safe by relevant local and national health and travel authorities.
In the rare event that we need to cancel due to circumstances completely outside of our control, you will be refunded in full, including your deposit.
Outside of that scenario: because of the significant investments we make on your behalf the moment you register (accommodations, studio space, transfers, experiences, and more), your deposit and retreat payments are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, please reach out and we will do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis. We want to take care of you.
This is exactly why we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance before September 15, 2026.
Trip cancellation insurance can protect your investment if life happens: a medical emergency, a family situation, an unexpected event. It's the one thing that can make a non-refundable policy feel a whole lot less scary. Please don't skip it.
